CHANTING:
Sabha is requesting those conversant to chant the Vishnu Sahasranama Stothram to participate in the event from their homes. Whomsoever in the house can chant this Stothram can register their participation by providing details such as name, email ID, contact mobile number, number of chanters in the house who’ll join the chanting and number of aavarthis that one will participate. Ideally, Sabha would like all of them to join at the beginning and be with us until the end.
Event organizers will be doing a participant count after every aavarthi to keep track of the number of chanters
CHANTING FORMAT:
“First Aavarthi: Starting from the beginning until ‘Vanamali..’ Will be chanted.
Second Aavarthi onwards: From the second Aavarthi, only the Sahasranamam commencing at “ Vishwam… “ till “ Vanamali…” will be chanted.
End of each Aavarthi: The sloka “Sri Rama Rama Ramethi …” will be chanted thrice and Loka Samastha Sukino Bhavanthu once.
Final Aavarthi: Phalashruti will be chanted. (Final Aavarthi will be decided on the proximity to the goal of 1 crore namas).”
